How may we help you?

SuperViz CAD viewer is integrated with Autodesk's Forge. We allow the view of more than 60 types of files, which you can check in this article: 3D CAD Supported Files

If you are facing errors while uploading, please take a quick look at this:

Upload errors:

  • make sure the file you're uploading is supported by the Autodesk viewer (Forge) [ 3D CAD Supported Files ]
  • confirm that the file is saved on the supported version. Example: If you're using a Revit file, make sure that you are using a 2015 version or any posterior version. We don't support older versions of Revit files.
  • If your file is over 1GB you may have problems uploading it as well.
  • If you're trying to upload a .glb file, be aware that the glTF v2.0 loader inside Forge, does not support the full list of glTF 2.0 extensions. In particular, it does not know how to decode Draco compressed meshes. ie. 'KHR_draco_mesh_compression'. To fix this, inside the blender, make sure you turn off the option: 'use Draco compression', and then save the glb file. Unfortunately, it will mean that the glb file will be much larger.
